Console Platform Selection
Omnitronics OmniCore for enterprise multi-site dispatch with location services. Telex C-Soft for IP migration from legacy analog hardware. We carry both and recommend based on your workflow, not our inventory margin.
Infrastructure Integration
Console installations connect to your existing radio infrastructure. Conventional repeaters, trunked P25 systems, IP backhaul networks, and cellular PTT gateways all integrate without a full replacement. We build on what you have.
Redundancy Design
Primary console failure cannot mean dispatch failure. We design hot-standby console configurations, backup radio control paths, and generator-backed power for every public safety and critical infrastructure deployment. The system stays up when hardware fails.
Recording & Logging
Regulatory requirements and incident reconstruction both depend on accurate call recording. We integrate call logging systems with your console that capture every transmission, timestamp, and channel assignment. Recordings are searchable and exportable for incident review.
Multi-Position Operations
Large dispatch centers run multiple operator positions simultaneously, each with different channel assignments and authority levels. We configure position profiles, channel lockouts, and priority override settings for your specific command structure.
Operator Training
A well-designed console that operators do not know how to use is a liability. Every installation includes hands-on operator training covering normal operations, emergency procedures, and common fault responses. We provide written quick-reference guides for every position.
