Dispatch Console Systems

Telex dispatch systems integrate C-Soft control software, IP-3000 and IP-3100 series hardware consoles, the IP-224 radio gateway, and the Console Management System into a complete end-to-end platform for critical communications. The hardware family spans from the IP-3002 two-line console up to the IP-3018 with an 18-line capacity, a 15.6-inch TFT touchscreen, and 16 programmable hot keys. IP-3000 Public Safety configurations include P25 compliance, encryption, and direct IP interfaces for DMR, NEXEDGE, and P25, covering the broadest range of direct radio protocol interfaces in the industry.

Telex covers more RF technologies in a single platform than any competitor: conventional analog, DMR, NXDN, P25, SDC, and TETRA are all supported, alongside IPv6, SIP telephony, PoC readiness, and VPN. The IP-224 radio gateway converts legacy analog radio communications to IP, allowing organizations to integrate existing analog infrastructure into the IP dispatch network without replacing field equipment. The Console Management System provides web-hosted centralized administration, software updates, and security management across the entire installed base.
