Overview
Telex C-Soft is a software dispatch application published by Telex, a Bosch Group company, and deployed in communication centers worldwide from 911 dispatch to mobile command and transportation management. It runs on standard Windows hardware and scales from a 2-line supervisory position up to a 200-line full dispatch center using a floating dongle license model. Every element of the operator screen is fully customizable, including button layouts, backgrounds, and audio routing, so each dispatch position can be configured for its specific role.
Protocol support covers P25 (Phase I and II), DMR, NXDN, TETRA, IDAS, and analog with signaling for MDC12000, FleetSync, 5-tone, 6-tone, DTMF, and serial FleetSync. Up to 30 simultaneous crosspatch groups allow complex interoperability scenarios to run concurrently. SIP and VoIP telephony with DTMF hold, phone directory, proxy server support, silence detection, and jitter buffering are included at the 24-line dongle tier and above. The Instant Recall Recorder displays a progress bar on the status strip for immediate audio review without leaving the dispatch screen.
C-Soft integrates with Telex ADHB-4 and RHB audio hardware for headsets, desktop microphones, up to 6 external speakers, and footswitches. Multiple configurations can be saved on a single machine for rapid redeployment in field or mobile command situations. It is compatible with the IP-224 radio gateway for analog-to-IP conversion and with the full IP-3000 and IP-3100 hardware console family for organizations that need a hardware-plus-software solution.

SIP and VoIP Telephony
SIP telephony with DTMF hold, call history, phone directory, proxy server support, silence detection, and jitter buffering is available at the 24-line tier and above. Integrates with ADHB-4 and RHB audio hardware for up to 6 external speakers, headsets, microphones, and footswitches.
