Overview

OmniCore Express is the small-to-medium entry point into the Omnitronics dispatch ecosystem, delivering the same core feature set as OmniCore Enterprise without the enterprise price tag. It supports up to 12 simultaneous radio talk-paths across P25, DMR, NXDN, IDAS, MotoTRBO, Nexedge, and analog protocols, with up to 40 registered operators and a maximum of 5 logged in simultaneously on the floating license model. Organizations can start with what they need and add channels or operators without replacing the entire system.

The platform runs on standard Windows hardware and supports touchscreen displays, making it compatible with existing infrastructure at most dispatch centers. Server redundancy keeps consoles operating during outages, and the central configuration model means updates push to every connected position in real time. OmniCore Express connects to the same omniconnect interoperability framework as Enterprise, so agencies mixing Kenwood, Motorola, Tait, or Hytera radios get full cross-vendor support from a single console.

GPS tracking, geofencing, SIP telephony integration, automated workflow buttons, Rapid Recall audio logging, text messaging, paging, and Canned Voice pre-recorded message transmission are all included. The floating license model means only concurrent operators require a license, making it particularly cost-efficient for volunteer departments and municipal agencies running 2 to 4 dispatchers per shift.

Key Features

12-Channel Multi-Protocol Support

Handles up to 12 simultaneous radio talk-paths across P25, DMR, NXDN, IDAS, MotoTRBO, Nexedge, and analog protocols. The omniconnect framework provides vendor-agnostic interoperability across Kenwood, Motorola, Tait, Hytera, and others.

Automated Workflow Buttons

Combine multiple dispatch actions into a single button press using configurable workflow task buttons. Rapid Recall audio logging records all talk-path traffic for instant playback and storage without a separate recording system.

GPS Tracking and Geofencing

Real-time field personnel and vehicle location display with geofence configuration directly within the dispatch console. Location data from multiple radio vendors and protocols appears on a single unified map view.

SIP Telephony Integration

SIP phone lines integrate directly into the dispatch interface, allowing operators to handle radio and telephone communications from a single screen. Paging and Canned Voice pre-recorded message transmission are also included.

Expandable Without Replacement

Channels and operator licenses can be added as the organization grows without replacing any hardware or starting over on software configuration. Existing Omnitronics gateway hardware is fully compatible for agencies upgrading from older platforms.
