Overview
The Hytera PNC360S is one of the smallest ruggedized Push-to-Talk over Cellular handhelds available, measuring 104 x 54.6 x 26.5 mm and weighing approximately 190 grams with back clip. At 26.5 mm thick, it fits in a shirt pocket, clips to a belt, or wears on a lanyard for workers who need PTT communications without the bulk of a traditional radio. One-hand operation design accommodates users who regularly carry tools, bags, or equipment and cannot hold a standard radio while working.
The 4,000 mAh lithium polymer battery is rated for up to 48 hours of operation, covering two full 24-hour shifts on a single charge and eliminating the charging anxiety common with consumer smartphones used for PTT. The 3-watt speaker with distortion suppression and noise cancellation delivers clear audio in loud environments including construction sites, kitchens, and outdoor operations. IP67 waterproofing means submersion to 1 meter and MIL-STD-810H certification covers 1.2-meter drop protection.
Network connectivity covers 4G LTE across FDD and TDD bands, Wi-Fi, WCDMA (3G), TD-SCDMA, CDMA, and GSM (2G) with automatic network selection and automatic LTE-to-Wi-Fi switching. Built-in GPS (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, AGPS), Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi require no additional accessories for basic device tracking and wireless headset connectivity. The PNC360S integrates with the Hytera HALO Dispatch web application for group calling, GPS location tracking, geofencing, and fleet management.
